Goodness Mart Refund Policy

Return Policy Checklist:

  2. Condition: The item should be in the same condition, unsealed, and unopened as when it first arrived.
  3. Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
  4. Refund Declaration Form: Complete the refund declaration form.
  5. Packing: Pack the item neatly and securely, along with the invoice, ready for return.

Please take utmost care when preparing the item for return, as it remains in your care until it reaches our warehouse. Once you've ensured everything is in place, you're ready to proceed with the return process.

Return Process:

  1. Inform Us: Email us before returning the items, providing your order number, name, contact number, and reason for return.
  2. Re-packaging: Seal the items securely in proper packaging before sending them to our address via your chosen courier company, at your expense.
  3. Original Packaging: Ensure the items are in their original sealed packaging.
  4. Refund Declaration Form: Fill in the refund declaration form (contact us at [email protected] to obtain this form). Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt of the returned items at our warehouse.
  5. Refund Amount: Refunds will be based on the purchase price (after promotions, discounts, and rebates).
