Order cut off point & dispatch schedule
Every order will be packed and dispatched within the subsequent 3 working days.
For example, if you placed your order on Saturday, your order will be shipped between Monday to Wednesday.
Domestic shipping
Please ensure that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the parcel and provide a signature. If you did not manage to receive it, you may follow the instructions from courier for redelivery or self-collection.
Flat rate of express shipping via courier (delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days during weekday)
MYR 8 - West Malaysia
MYR 13 - East Malaysia
International shipping
For international shipping, we work with Pos Malaysia & DHL Express. All parcels comes with a tracking number. Depending on your country, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks (or more) by Standard Airmail.
Please note that all duty and custom taxes applicable are to be paid by recipients. Goodness Mart cannot be held accountable for any further cost.
Shipping Rate will be be calculated based on your country and the total weight of your parcel. For example: shipping to US cost MYR 15 for weight below 150g, MYR 50 for weight 150g to 500g.
Pick up point service
Please select "self-collection" as shipping method during check out. Do note that in order to select this option, your billing address must be in Malaysia.
You can pick up your goods at our outlet near to your location. Please present the QR code to staff in order to pickup your goods.
cash on delivery/ pickup is not supported.
Tracking number
You will receive a tracking number in your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
